Four foundational research programmes and ten downstream venture, implementation and studio identities — connected without collapsing into one generic brand.
Agency, observer-conditioned representation, relational computation and symbolic reorganisation.
Software, AI infrastructure, mobility, space technology, hospitality and creative studios.

Boundary One ecosystem. Two different kinds of claims. The distinction between foundational research and downstream implementation is kept explicit across the entire web architecture. Research layer Questions before products. Research pages communicate programme questions, conceptual models, methods, experiment status and claim boundaries. They do not convert downstream product work into research evidence. Implementation layer Applications without category confusion. Venture and studio pages communicate technical direction, application domains, design language and commercial or creative positioning without being counted as foundational research programmes.
Allocate a 90-day work window across at most three active programmes and export the plan. This is a planning tool, not a success forecast.
